Inhumane Humanity

Of all the preposterous assumptions of humanity over humanity, nothing exceeds most of the criticisms made on the habits of the poor by the well-housed, well-warmed, and well-fed. --Herman Melville

Meet the New "The Holy Great Leader; The Dear Leader" of the United States

We’ve learned so many things in the, oh so very long period of Trump’s presidency; it’s hard to believe, but it’s been an ever so long five days.
And damned if he hasn’t been a busy Danny Boy in those twenty-five days
He’s accomplished things like - circumventing the Press.  And he’ll do so via “Twitter Feeds”.  After all, his pet names for the Press are; “dishonest," "not good people," sleazy, and among the worst human beings he has ever met” and he knows the public wants to rid ourselves of such despicable pukes.  Right?
He has effectively blinded the citizens of this country to the actions of the Federal Government, as the press is our ONLY conduit for information about what our government is doing behind closed doors, be it noble, or, as in this case, nefarious.
He’s issued orders to resume the Keystone pipeline, for in his own words, because it will create 29,000 jobs.  But, he’s learned the slight of hand trick with numbers, almost as well as Obama knew it.
Trump is claiming this will create "And if they like we will see if we can get that pipeline built - a lot of jobs, 28,000 jobs, great construction jobs." It's interesting to note, that the claims made by the Obama Administration were even higher at 42,000 jobs.
I remember this, as I conducted substantial fact-checking on my own, simply because it sounded as outlandish then as it does now.
Consider:
1. The oil comes from Canada, where most of the jobs will be long-term as they mine the tar sands in that nation.
2. The oil will be transported to existing refineries already capable of handling the increase in production as is.
3. The refined products will be distributed by means of a distribution system that already exists.
So!! Where do these jobs come from?
Well, mostly from up the sleeves of the ever bull-shiting politicians on both sides of the preverbal aisle.
The ONLY jobs this will create, other than a few (42 according the the State Department) long-term jobs for babysitting the pipeline for the inevitable leaks, explosions, malfunctions, flow, etc, etc…..are temporary construction jobs.  Lasting somewhere around 12-15 months.
And he’s an extraordinarily sensitive man; a man whose skin is so thin, he demeans, berates, destroys, or simply silences people with whom he disagrees (which is just about everyone); in fact, his skin is so thin it’s damned near translucent orange.  Almost as though he’s been sniffing Cheetos and getting most of the orange on his face, instead of his fingers..
But, I see though it like any other peace of dog shit covered in translucent, Giardia -induced slime.
Why, just today, he SMASHED the freedom of speech for Federal Employees. ,
And, he’s told Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, that, since he can’t control the gun deaths in his state, “he’s going to send in the Feds” to restore order.”   -
And, by “Feds” he most certainly does not mean send in the FBI, I’m sure of that; they’d do little to restore order in a massive city such as Chicago.  Rather; my bets are on the illegal use of the military for this purpose and he would declare martial law in Chicago on a whim, just as does every goddamned thing else.
I KNEW this would happen with this dictatorial jackass; I knew it the moment he won the election.
I remember the draw-dropping shocking threats as clear as if they were issued five minutes ago, and I clearly understood then, just as I do now, precisely what he was thinking for our future.
“We must maintain law and order at the highest level or we will cease to have a country, 100 percent…. “We will cease to have a country. I am the law and order candidate, I will restore law and order to our country believe me.  It will happen very fast, believe me.”
And true to his promise, in less than a week this lunatic has effectively shackled the press to a point at which they either cannot or will not become aggressively serious in investigating and questioning his behavior.
Oh, and BTW - trump still supports the NRA, so you clowns at the NRA don’t need to worry about this Chicago issue.   Donny Boy has your back on that.  Just have your manufacturers keep on cranking out all those firearms.  Trump’s troops need a little practice in supporting a tyrant’s dictatorship.
Also, from the Chicago Times this evening on the same subject.
"Trump has raised the prospect of Washington intervention in Chicago before. His latest musings on the subject came just a day after Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel (D) criticized the Republican president for focusing so much on the size of the crowd at his inaugural ceremony”
His absurdly thin skin antics are now becoming a very serious threat to the stability of this nation.  This is all about retribution for the above comment made by Mayor Emanuel.  It is classic Trump - o beyond getting even with all who have ever opposed or disputed Trump in any matter, seek to destroy them for even thinking such an atrocity against this thin-skinned imp.
But Donny Boy.  Here’s what the law says:
“Federal Law prohibits military personnel from enforcing the law within the United States except as expressly authorized by the Constitution or an Act of Congress. The threat of catastrophic terrorism requires a thorough review of the laws permitting the military to act within the United States in order to determine whether domestic preparedness and response efforts would benefit from greater involvement of military personnel and, if so, how.”
In less than a week, he’s begun shutting out Congress AND the press with his private meetings, threatening the freedom of speech for Federal employees, and now he’s threatening to move on Chicago (interestingly enough, where President Obama comes from) like the dictator he wishes to be.
I am certain he will fulfill this threat and will very likely declare martial law in Chicago. The alarms are ringing like mad people, but it's beyond me why all of Congress isn’t up in arms over these very serious developments; the behavior of a mentally unstable fool in the White House.
This shit cannot just take place on his whim.  He's threatening to violate US law, the Posse Comitatus Act, which forbids military intervention in domestic affairs.
"Federal Law prohibits military personnel from enforcing the law within the United States except as expressly authorized by the Constitution or an Act of Congress. The threat of catastrophic terrorism requires a thorough review of the laws permitting the military to act within the United States in order to determine whether domestic preparedness and response efforts would benefit from greater involvement of military personnel and, if so, how.”
By using the words “carnage” he’s threatening the use of a law, used long ago to quell unchecked violence during the post Civil War Reconstruction Era and again threatened during the violence created by the shit head KKK and other white supremacist jackasses - but blamed on the black protestors as they were the ones who were being being pummeled by "law enforcement” and others during the Civil Rights Movement.
"In December 1981, additional laws were enacted clarifying permissible military assistance to domestic law enforcement agencies and the Coast Guard, especially in combating drug smuggling into the United States. Posse Comitatus clarifications emphasize SUPPORTIVE AND TECHNICAL ISSUES”.
In 2006, Congress modified the Insurrection Act as part of the 2007 Defense Authorization Bill:
"The President may employ the armed forces... to... restore public order and enforce the laws (there’s those words again guys) of the United States when, as a result of a natural disaster, epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident, or other condition... the President determines that... domestic violence has occurred to such an extent that the constituted authorities of the State or possession are incapable of maintaining public order... or [to] suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy if such... a condition... so hinders the execution of the laws... that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law... or opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws”
And within there, are some very famous verbiage; the same terminology I’ve had to include in every departmental and HR policy I’ve written over the past 30 years which allow managers to include virtually everything and anything a manager deems necessary for the benefit of the corporation - everything from issuing purchase orders, to washing the windows, if that’s what the manger deems necessary. You’ve all seen them and likely joked about them, but, instead of saying “and all other tasks deemed necessary”, in perfect vagueness, this change to the Posse Comitatus Act says "or incident, or other condition”.
Here’s a short, partial analysis of the law as Duke University interprets it:
"The Presidential Intervention Principle: a principle that allows presidential use of the military domestically and Section 333, a long-dormant and little-discussed remnant of reconstruction legislation, was en- acted in order to secure the fourteenth amendment's guarantee of equal protection of the laws. Judicious exertion of the powers conferred by this statute may serve both remedial and deterrent functions for the suppression of mass violence which the states are unwilling or unable to control”.

Here’s more of Duke’s interpretation of the law
"When outbreaks of domestic violence in the wake of the civil rights movement have necessitated a federal presence in the form of troops or marshals to maintain public order, section 333 of title 10 of the United States Code has been invoked by federal authorities to authorize federal intervention. Section 333, a long-dormant and little-discussed remnant of reconstruction legislation, was en- acted in order to secure the fourteenth amendment's guarantee of equal protection of the laws. Judicious exertion of the powers conferred by this statute may serve both remedial and deterrent functions for the suppression of mass violence which the states are unwilling or unable to control."
Though it is a major problem for Chicago, this does NOT meet the definition of mass violence, unless you have a specific goal in mind, and that goal is not going to be beneficial for ANYONE, but Trump and his scumbag cabinet.
If trump uses “Feds” you can be sure, those “Feds” are going to show up wearing Combat BDUs, combat boots and helmets, while walking the streets of Chicago with loaded automatic weapons.
I’ve written to every Senator and Representative of my state tonight about his illegal clamp-down on free speech and freedom of the press, then this shit happens.  Yet; it’s beyond me why none of them are doing anything to rid us of this snake.  And that snake is one very dangerous and deadly snake.

  1. Had banged off a bunch - internet went out and lost it. Don't know if I can capture the flavor of that again as this shit is veeeeery draining.

This evil bastard will try to do anything he wants. We've seen nothing so far. He literally wants to see people get hurt in Chicago. That's not a stretch it's the truth and you know it too.

The Right has always fought hard on a number of fronts making it hard to fight back everywhere because resources are not equal. This is something else! Every facet of our government which has got this country to where it's at is under attack and the attackers have the power to change much. It's the Rights wet dream.

I don't know how to distance myself from this and to watch this unfold is seriously unhealthy. However trumpers all over are feeling renewed and positive. It's Bizarro World it really is.

It all got put together and there are way too many on board. Olbermann is just hammering this loon but none of this means shit because we have lost what little power there was. It's a giant amount when you find yourself without any. I'm just rambling. I do not want to be around people who support this man not even a little bit. And back when changes were made that you post about here few said squat and the rest didn't care.

    1. You've said it well, my friend.

This is the problem with partisan politics personified. Those who voted for the Orange Man did so almost entirely out of partisanship. That is evident in Trump's Electoral win and Hillary's massive popular vote butchering of Trump.

Trump is a frightening person, not only due to his extreme political stances, but by the obvious mental instability the man has. He's literally a rambling lunatic and the GOP know it.

Yet; the GOP stands by and watches the SOB destroy everything American about this country, because they are Republicans, and that's what Republicans do.
